Meet the team

Diego comes from a rural family from the Andes mountains that settled in Lima, Peru’s vibrant coastal capital. He studied Economics at the University of Lima and later earned his MBA at IMD Business School in Switzerland.

Diego has built his career as both a finance expert and an entrepreneur. His drive and autonomy have taken him across many regions of Peru, where being close to nature and people connects him with sacred sources of energy.

Diego is addicted to road trips and surfing hidden gems. Today, he combines his deep knowledge of his country with his passion for hospitality to share the Peruvian spirit.
